Listening & Mindfulness Group

Growing research shows that when you train your brain to be mindful, you’re remodeling the physical structure of your brain, which can help create space for self-healing and joyful living.

These supportive and collaborative group sessions are designed to help participants learn how to incorporate mindfulness-based living into their regular self-care routine, presented by Michael Davitt, a retired LCSW.

Free and open to the public. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis and may be limited.

If you’re planning to attend, please RSVP! This is an OYO event and takes place in the Conference Room.
