He launched his first vegan restaurant in 2012, which proved quite successful as the number of tourists was high and competition was also not tight.
Kenny Chye undoubtedly introduced the idea of serving vegan food in a famous city like Las Vegas.
Sometime earlier, he was on another mission and entirely devoted to launching a Cantonese vegan dim sum restaurant in 2020 to boast his remarkable skills in Cantonese recipes to the world.
