Join our community drum circle and lose yourself in the rhythm! When people drum together, it helps our immune systems, builds community, improves self-esteem, promotes healing, and reduces stress and anxiety-plus, it's fun! Regardless of experience, everyone will have something to offer the drum circle. All ages and experience levels are welcome. Join the beat or be a supportive audience member.
