Presenters – Will give out the awards to honor the recipients while interacting with those in the audience. They should have excellent public speaking skills, be engaging and witty, and be professional at all times while representing Vegan River Events.

Musicians – Will perform between presentations. They should perform original material that is appropriate for the event.

Poets –Will perform their original works between presenters. Their poetry should be appropriate for all ages.

Standup Comics – Will entertain the audience in between presenters by performing their original routines, while keeping in mind that this will be an all-ages event.

Dancers – Will perform between presenters. They should perform original material that is appropriate for the event.

Photographers/Video – Needed to take pictures and video while capturing poignant people, performers, and activities during the ceremonies. They should be meticulous in their setup and preparation, have an excellent eye for detail, and always be looking for the perfect shot.

Front and Back of the House Crew – Wanted for a variety of tasks, before the event, during, and after. An example of this would be helping to set up the event and breaking it down once the show concludes. It would also involve helping musicians with their equipment. They may also be asked to hand out programs and assist with seating arrangements.
