Best Vegan Restaurants in Las Vegas
The things that impress me the most when going to a vegan restaurant are: first and foremost is cleanliness, followed by taste and service. Are they truly a vegan kitchen? Do they maintain a strictly vegan environment and ambiance?
When considering cleanliness, if a restaurant is dirty it doesn’t matter how good the food is. Cleanliness extends to the restrooms as well. If a restaurant’s restroom is dirty, then how are the cooks and staff washing and keeping their hands clean?
Next for me comes taste. My wife and I once went to a vegan Mexican restaurant in North Hollywood that had a great presentation, the food looked fabulous, but upon the first bite the food was as bland as eating cardboard. My wife, bless her heart, tried to save her meal by trying every bottled condiment that they had, but even that effort did not save her meal.
On top of that, the service was terrible with a grouchy server/cook who obvious had gotten out of the wrong side of the bed that morning. To me, as it should be for any restaurant patron, the service should be top notch! Rude or inattentive waitstaff can put a real damper on your restaurant experience.
And, when it comes to service, it’s the little things that counts. How many times have you been eating in a restaurant when the wait staff just seems to disappear for long period of time, right when you need that glass of water refilled?
So, where Are The “Best Vegan Restaurants” in Las Vegas? Locals as well as tourist would like to know! Well, the answers are varied!
